We’re partnering with a leading beauty eCommerce brand to find a Graphic Designer who thrives in a digital-first environment and wants to see their work live across campaigns, launches, and real commercial moments.

This is a hands-on, in-house role where design plays a central role in how the brand shows up, online and in real life.

About the role

This role spans digital, eCommerce, campaign, and packaging design, supporting a fast-moving marketing and brand team.

You’ll be designing assets that directly support:

  • Product launches

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Sales moments

  • Ongoing brand storytelling

  • You won’t be siloed. Your work will touch the full customer journey.

What you’ll be doing?

Content Creation & Asset Design

  • Create graphics for social media, EDMs, and the website based on briefs

  • Resize and adapt designs for different platforms

  • Edit photos and prepare imagery for digital use

Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Support execution of visual assets for product launches, sales, and promotions

  • Contribute to the design of promotional materials and packaging concepts

  • Help maintain design templates and asset libraries

Brand Consistency & Maintenance

  • Apply brand guidelines across all creative work

  • Ensure files are clearly named, organised, and stored

  • Support updates to eCommerce visuals and digital banners

Website & eCommerce Design

  • Design web pages, landing pages, and content modules

  • Work closely with developers to implement and test assets

Packaging & Print

  • Design packaging for new products and gift sets in line with the brand aesthetic

  • Liaise with printers and suppliers to prepare files and support quality control

About You

You’re a designer who cares about craft, consistency, and commercial impact. You likely:

  • Have experience designing for digital-first brands

  • Understand how design supports conversion and customer experience

  • Are confident adapting assets across channels and formats

  • Care deeply about brand guidelines and detail

  • Enjoy collaborating with marketing, eCommerce, and development teams

  • Are comfortable moving between digital design and print preparation

  • Beauty, lifestyle, or eCommerce experience is highly regarded.
