Meet Rebecca (Bec) Tepe, Founder & Director. A highly skilled recruiter with 14 years of experience, including 3 years leading Alt and 11 years as an in-house recruiter. With 6 years specialising in marketing, digital, and eCommerce recruitment, Bec brings targeted industry insight and a hands-on approach to every recruitment campaign.
She is a strategic talent acquisition partner known for her sharp eye for talent, exceptional collaboration skills, and uncompromising standards. Bec has honed a deep specialisation in marketing, digital, and eCommerce recruitment, working closely with consumer-led brands to identify talent that not only fits the brief, but strengthens teams and business.
Having supported the growth of marketing teams ranging from boutique start-ups to national enterprises with over 150 staff, Bec doesn’t just understand the space - she lives and breathes it. Her clients rely on her ability to cut through noise and connect them with talent who don’t just fit - they thrive. Every shortlist is intentional. Every placement powers brand momentum.
